This auction will start to close on Monday, November 14, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. with 1 item closing per minute. There will be extended bidding on this auction - each item that receives a bid within 3 minutes of that item closing, bidding will be extended on that item for an additional 3 minutes until no bids have been received on that item for 3 minutes. PAYMENT TERMS: Invoices will be sent out to all winning bidders via email within 24 hours of auction close. Ely Auction Service accepts Cash, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Visa/Master Card-on invoices up to $3,000.00, and Wire Transfer, Personal & Business Checks are accepted, 2 Rivers Auctions reserves the right to require a Bank letter of guarantee, guaranteeing payment in full, without condition upon demand. If paying with Credit cards or Debit cards there will be a 3% surcharge. Any item or lot not paid for in full within scheduled pick up time of the online auction item or lot's may be resold at the discretion of Owner/Seller or Ely Auction Service and you may lose privileges to bid. BUYER'S PREMIUM: 10% buyer's premium will be added to each item/lot on winning bidder's invoice. Winning bidders paying with Credit cards/Debit cards will have an additional 3% surcharge added to their invoice. BUYER ASSUMES COMPLETE AND SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR INSPECTION OF ITEMS PRIOR TO BIDDING AND RELIES SOLELY ON ITS OWN INSPECTION AS TO THE CONDITION AND VALUE OF ITEMS. BUYER WAIVES ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AGAINST Ely Auction Service AND SELLER BASED ON THE CONDITION OR VALUE OF ITEMS. Ely Auction Service RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS, REMOVE ITEMS FROM AUCTION AT ANY TIME OR EXTEND THE AUCTION DURATION. TRANSPORTATION AND REMOVAL OF MERCHANDISE: Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the Buyer at the time of sale and Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property until removed from the sale premises. If merchandise is not removed within 30 days after the final removal date, the ownership of the merchandise will revert back to the original Owner/Seller and the Owner/Seller may dispose of the item at their discretion. Buyer shall be solely responsible for the removal and/ or shipping of all items and all related costs. Buyer shall arrange with a third-party of Buyer's selection to have items picked up or shipped by the date and time identified for removal on the specific auction site.
